NOTICE: Note the position of each component before removal.

Installation

Torque: 21 Nm

NOTE: The component must be installed within 5 minutes of applying the sealant.
Complete this step within: 5min
Material: WSS-M2G348-A11 (Flange Sealant Anaerobic LP-IMP / BU7J-M2G348-AA)

1. 1. NOTICE:
  Make sure that the components are installed to the position noted before removal.
  Make sure that new bolts are installed.
  Bearing must be lubricated with clean engine oil.
  Material: WSS-M2C948-B (???????? ????? - 5W-20)
1. Install the camshafts approximately at valve overlap position cylinder No. 4.
1. Tighten each bolt 0.5 turn at a time, until the components are in full contact, before final tightening.
1. Torque:
  1-16
  Stage 1:
  7 Nm
  Stage 2:
  45°
  17+18
  Stage 1:
  10 Nm
  Stage 2:
  70°
  19+20
  Stage 1:
  10 Nm
  Stage 2:
  53°

Measure the valve clearance and if neccessary, adjust by installing new valve tappets.
